Your own record — reached from your name at the bottom of the rail.

Contact

• Name — how you appear in the tool, and the sender name when you send a response as yourself.
• Email — your sign-in address, shown but not editable here. An admin changes it on Users, and it takes effect once you've signed in with the new address; that sign-in is the proof you control it.
• Mobile — for SMS. A changed number isn't used until you enter the code texted to it (Verify by text).

Signature

Appended to responses you send as yourself. Personas carry their own signatures, set under Personas.

Appearance

Theme — Match my system follows your browser's light or dark setting; Light and Dark hold whatever you pick. It applies from the next page you open. Signed-out pages always follow the system.

Broadcasts

Which channel reaches you beyond the tool: your regular channel for everyday broadcasts, your emergency channel for outage alerts. You always see broadcasts in the tool.
