Reports
The weekly report: what happened in one Monday-to-Sunday week, against the week before — the same figures the Monday digest posts to Slack, for any week, computed now.
The week
A week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday. The page opens on the most recent complete week; Previous week and Next week step through them, and the current week shows as in progress. A week is identified by its Monday (?week=2026-08-31; any date in the week works).
The figures
- Received, resolved, closed, escalations — cases received in the week, cases resolved in the week (whenever they were received), cases closed, and escalations raised. Each shows the change against the prior week: ▴ or ▾, coloured for whether that direction is good.
- First response within target — of the cases received in the week that have been answered or are past due, the share answered before their due time; and answered the same business day, the share answered on the business day they belong to. Both in percentage points against the prior week. Critical's median in wall-clock hours sits beneath, since its target is hours.
- Median resolution, business days — over the cases resolved in the week, from the business day they arrived to the business day they were resolved (Friday to Monday is one). A median, not an average: the data is long-tailed.
- Open now — the snapshot at the moment you load the page (not at the end of the week): open by status, unassigned, escalated, overdue. The same numbers the rail counts.
- By priority, by type, by owner — cases received, this week against the prior week. Every owner you can see; an FI's people see their own.
- As text — the report in the form the Monday digest posts, for pasting into an email.
What you see
Reports are scoped like everything else. OPN sees every case, or one entity's — owned by it or involving it — through the scope in the rail. Everyone else sees the cases their entity owns or is involved in, and nothing of anyone else's.
Past weeks (OPN)
Every Monday the digest job records the completed week, OPN-wide, and posts it to Slack; the Past weeks table is that record, kept as it was posted. Picking a week from it shows the week recomputed with everything known now — a resolution that arrived late, a reopened case — so the two can differ slightly. The record is what was said at the time; the page is what is true now.
The report is also the MCP server's get_weekly_report tool, with the same scoping.
