Signing in

There are no passwords. Two ways in — and an administrator must have added your email address first — followed, every time, by a second factor.

Continue with Google

Any Google account whose address is on file.

Email me a sign-in link

Enter your address and follow the link in the email. It's single-use and expires in 15 minutes. An address gets at most three links in 15 minutes; asking again within that time sends nothing.

Then: confirm it's you

Either door leads to the same step. Use a passkey — a tap on this device or a security key — or enter the code from your authenticator app. The first time you sign in you set one up: create a passkey (recommended) or scan the QR code with an authenticator app, then save your recovery codes. You can add more credentials, and name them, under Security.

Lost your passkey and authenticator? Use a recovery code, or ask an administrator to reset your MFA.

Five wrong codes in a row lock the step for 15 minutes; then start again from the sign-in page.

Sessions

Sessions are kept on the server and can be ended by an administrator at any time.
